We accept pitches on a wide range of topics, from cultural reviews to recaps of our events, to op-eds on global trends. However, we ask that your pitch conforms to the following:

  • It must be related to positive social change
  • It must fit into one of our key themes:
    – Climate Action & a Sustainable Future
    – Sexuality & Gender Equity
    – Racial Equity
    – Education, Learning & Development
    – Arts & Culture
    – Employment & Economic Opportunity
    – Health, Nutrition & Wellbeing
    – Peace & Justice
    – Impact Investment
    – Technology
    – Philanthropy
    – Leadership Development
    – Food, Drink & Entertainment.
  • No overt sales messages or fundraising pitches please!
  • Whenever possible, pitches should engage with current global challenges and conversations.
  • If you’re referencing or responding to a report or new research, please provide reputable citations.
  • Articles should be approx. 600-800 words
  • Articles should align with The Conduit’s tone of voice (confident, passionate and informative, not smug or condescending).
  • Please do not pitch an article that’s been published elsewhere.

  • Any accepted pitches will be subject to editorial changes from The Conduit’s in-house team. We’ll always run these by you before publication.
  • Please only pitch if you’re happy to write the final piece!
