ABOUT MANISHA PATEL
Manisha is a highly successful Clinical Leader and Executive Coach in the NHS, she has championed equality, diversity and inclusion throughout her life and career. In 2017, she founded and currently chairs an EDI network representing 7000 NHS staff. Manisha has used her own experiences and challenges to support and empower staff from a wide range of backgrounds, her work has been integral in the development of EDI policies, strategies and initiatives within her current organisation. Manisha works closely with both frontline staff and at Board level, she sits on an Oversight Panel to hold the organisation to account.
Manisha has jointly set up a unique cross sector Female Executive Mentoring Programme with fellow Conduit member Kate Cornelius to bring together mentors from Corporate, Public and Third sector organisations to develop a group of diverse senior female leaders with the aim that our future boards in London will truly reflect our society.
