“I am a conduit for urbanists who are passionate about using our built environment to drive social change.“
I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT
Healthy buildings and communities in the age of COVID-19; addressing health and economic inequalities through thoughtful urban planning; historic and cultural preservation of cities; and access to public space.
YOU CAN HELP ME BY
Others can help by spreading awareness of the important role our buildings and public spaces play in the recovery and long-term resilience of our cities. More specifically, people can help by advocating for healthier building practices in vulnerable communities that have been hardest hit by the pandemic, as these populations have the greatest needs but often live in the worst built environments. It’s hard to believe sometimes, but 90 per cent of our life is spent indoors and so interventions in these spaces can have a tremendous impact on one’s health and upward mobility.
