“I am a conduit for social innovation, for creating new ways for people to thrive and prosper.”
I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT
Hidden talent – society making the most of it, and people not hiding what they are good at away from the world. My focus just now is the world’s 2.5bn+ players of video games. Players of mid- and hardcore games deploy many soft or essential skills in-game and there is big correlation between these skills and the future of work. Yet, gamers don’t share these talents outside of their community; and employers don’t bother to ask. Game Academy, my new start-up, is set on enabling the world’s gamers to apply and capitalise upon their in-game talent out of game.
YOU CAN HELP ME BY
Connect me with senior executives at large corporates who are interested in a new supply line of digital-first talent, innovating recruitment or supporting neurodiversity in their workforce. Also, companies engaged in digital transformation who would like to have a broader, deeper understanding of their existing talent.
